All of those are good and I use all 3 of them, but after scanning my computer with all 3 I still had some registry keys and files (most likely inactive) that were not removed.... You will be surprised how much X-Cleaner found.

Basically, just like Ad-Aware, it has both free and pro version. I never used the pro version, but I believe that it is even better.
